Bihar Voluntary Health Association (BVHA) has been designated as a Regional Training Institute by the National AIDS Control Organization (NACO), Government of India under Kshamta Kendra for Bihar, Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh states. BVHA trains Targeted Intervention (TI) and Link Worker Scheme (LWS) staff to combat HIV/AIDS. The project focuses on building the capacities of staff of TI partner organizations. Through partnerships with government and NGOs, BVHA is working to spread knowledge, reduce HIV/AIDS stigma, and create hope for an HIV/AIDS-free future.
