Eye Health Project

The Eye Health Project, supported by the Alkem Foundation, aims to provide eye care services, including cataract surgeries, in Kaimur District. BVHA organizes community awareness campaigns, screening camps to identify individuals needing eye care, and transports patients to the base hospital for surgeries. Patients receive follow-up care and are taken back home after surgery. The project has benefited 900 families, with 112 eye examinations, 62 cataract cases identified, and 53 surgeries performed.
