Creating Enabling Environment
Creating an enabling environment is one of the very important and prominent aspects of Bihar Voluntary Health Association’s interventions. It has three levels of interventions:
Primary Level
It is at the community level where BVHA works to promote preventive health measures and to gather evidence/information for further actions. It develops community pressure groups to demand their rights and entitlements.
Secondary Level
It is at the district level where BVHA is in touch with policy implementers and produces evidence/information for better service delivery.
Tertiary Level
It is at the state and national Level where BVHA tries to convince the policymakers and policy implementers related to any gaps in service delivery, supply, policy implementation, exclusion, etc. BVHA works in a professional way to collect and analyze evidence-based information with proper strategic thinking, skills and persistence. CSO network of BVHA helps in evidence gathering with required information.
