The project targets 300 pregnant and lactating women, 300 adolescent girls, and 400 children. Anaemia is identified through physical exams and Hb screenings. Mild and moderate cases get counselling and dietary advice, while severe cases are referred for medical treatment. Malnutrition screening involves growth monitoring and MUAC measurements. The project promotes awareness on proper child feeding practices and refers Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM) cases to Nutrition Rehabilitation Centers.
