Bringing Quality Healthcare Closer to Remote Communities
People living in remote and flood-prone areas often face difficulties in reaching doctors and specialist health services. The Sanjeevani Telemedicine Project uses a combination of community-based health services and telemedicine to bring healthcare closer to people who need it most.
The project also focuses on early screening for common non-communicable diseases and anaemia, along with health education and follow-up support.

What We Do
- Provide telemedicine-based OPD services.
- Screen people for non-communicable diseases (NCDs) and anaemia.
- Facilitate access to free medicines as per programme provisions.
- Provide follow-up support for patients.

- Mobilise communities to participate in health services.
- Connect patients with appropriate health facilities when further care is required.
Our Approach
The project combines local community outreach with digital health services. This allows people in remote locations to consult healthcare professionals without always having to travel long distances.
