With support from the GROW 100 initiative by the EdelGive Foundation, BVHA has significantly advanced its organizational development. Key achievements include establishing a robust HR system, developing a 5-year strategic plan, and updating its Mission and Vision statements. BVHA also received funding for salaries of non-programmatic senior employees and administrative costs, redesigned its website, and provided proposal development training. Additionally, the organization conducted training on financial planning, risk management, and leadership, developed PME software for real-time data collection, and created performance appraisal tools. These initiatives aim to strengthen BVHA’s capacity, resilience, and effectiveness.
